  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Refunds for Prepaid Services:

  • If you have prepaid for a service that has not yet been rendered, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

  • A full refund will be issued if the service is cancelled24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments:

Appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. If you reschedule with less notice, a rescheduling fee may apply

Service Quality Issues:

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review your concern and work to resolve it, which may include offering a complimentary follow-up appointment or adjustment to the service.
